The Masood Entrepreneurship Centre (MEC) is proud to present our refreshed Entrepreneurship Champions programme — a dynamic team of student leaders passionate about entrepreneurship and driving our campus ecosystem forward.

Applications close on Sunday 31st August 2025 at midnight.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 15-mins call with the stream lead in the first 2 weeks of September, between 1st September and 14th September 2025. Please make sure you check your student email address for an update during this time.
Our Champions are organised into specialised streams, each aligned with key MEC programmes, allowing students to focus their skills and efforts where they are most passionate and impactful.

The Step up and Lead Stellify accreditation for Entrepreneurship Champions is now available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. If you're aiming to complete the EC programme for the accreditation, we recommend as soon as possible to ensure you can complete the necessary weekly hours.
Time Commitment & Recognition
Entrepreneurship Champions are expected to commit an estimated 30 hours over the academic year, including at least 15 hours of direct contact time engaging with MEC activities and events for all streams except for the Venture Builder Stream where you are expected to commit an estimated 45 hours over the academic year, including at least 25 hours of direct contact time.
Champions exceeding beyond expectation in their role as an EC will receive a LinkedIn recommendation from their stream lead.

Training & Onboarding
Champions receive a comprehensive handbook upon joining, followed an induction to ensure readiness. We also provide ongoing, stream-specific training and support throughout the year.
